VoiceTone Harmony-G pedal now shipping
TC-Helicon has announced that VoiceTone Harmony-G, the vocal harmony and effects pedal for the performing guitarist, is now shipping. By following natural guitar playing, the new VoiceTone pedal enables singing guitarists to add backup harmony singers to their performances without any tedious programming. The performer can focus on playing while the engaged Tone button intelligently controls EQ, compression and de-essing in real time so the vocals can be heard and understood.
With included presets authored by experienced producers, engineers and vocal arrangers, VoiceTone Harmony-G gives the singer a fully-produced vocal sound and the ability to recreate studio-produced vocal sounds live. VoiceTone Harmony-G's compact form factor and metal construction was built for real-life gigging. Manufacturer's suggested retail price is $375.

VoiceTone Harmony-G is a studio-quality vocal harmony and effects pedal for singing guitarists that takes the programming completely out of the equation, since the guitar playing tells Harmony-G what notes to harmonize. Adaptive harmony arrangement algorithms follow the guitar and voice, and produce realistic harmonies without pre-programming. A guitar AutoMix function provides acoustic guitar players with a balanced mix of vocals, guitar and effects on the stereo outputs. The straightforward controls enable guitarists to go further and arrange voicing and effects changes in their songs by stepping through ten presets with A/B settings as they perform. A tone switch engages the adaptive live engineer effects and dynamically polishes vocal tone.
VoiceTone Harmony-G features two-voice 4th generation intelligent harmony allowing for natural back-up vocals, and a unique bass setting instructs a harmony voice to follow the chord root. Additionally, a separate double effect uses the widely respected TC-Helicon overdub algorithm to produce a thick sound typically reserved for studio recordings. Topping an already packed feature list, VoiceTone Harmony-G sports a studio quality mic preamp with phantom power, XLR mic level I/O, guitar input and pass-thru for connecting to guitar effects and amp, solid metal construction and fastidiously detailed audio design from input to output.
The VoiceTone family of vocal effects pedals also contains the new VoiceTone Harmony-M, a keyboard-controlled harmony pedal for MIDI-keyboard players, and three effects pedals dedicated for singers; VoiceTone Create multi-effects pedal, VoiceTone Correct pitch correction and adaptive EQ/dynamics processor, and the new VoiceTone Double live-overdubbing-in-a-pedal. With VoiceTone Harmony-G the range is augmented for performing guitarists looking for effortless and professional vocal harmony and effects.
