Guitar Rising game is designed for guitarists, Uses real guitars to play
Dig video games, but tapping away at four buttons on a plastic guitar seems like a dopey idea? You're going to welcome Guitar Rising with open arms as it let's you use your real guitar to play. Following music sequences and streaming notes on screen, players play guitar melodies and rhythms using their own guitar.
Because the game tracks things like accuracy and allows you to control speed, you can use it to teach yourself new tunes. Beginner and expert modes also let you set the difficulty level to challenge your capabilities.
Here's a preview:
Sounds like a great way to get kids on board and a nice alternative for practicing. Good weekend fun as well.
