The Brisbane International Guitar Festival (BigFest 2000) is a 100%, total guitar indulgence day.

This brand new festival is set to inspire, excite and enthral all new and existing guitarists. It will be an all day event with workshops, master classes, guitar displays (new, unusual, old and vintage), guitar teachers, guitar builders, the latest technology guitar software and music organisations. Concluding with a huge guitar concert on the Sunday 30th of April at the Waterloo Hotel, Newstead, Brisbane, Australia.

To celebrate BigFest 2000, we are giving ChaosMusic members the chance to win a Maton acoustic guitar (M125) made of Queensland Maple, Rosewood and Sitka Spruce with chrome machine heads and valued at $649 ($Aus). Musicians such as Tommy Emmanuel, Jack Jones and a host of other great Oz artists, all play Maton guitars.
