This week I’ve laid out an expanded fretboard for the curious folk out there who might be wondering what the names of the notes they play are.
Learning your board is of great value both in terms of understanding the application of theory and for the communication of ideas to other musicians.
I suggest you try and learn the whereabouts of just one note at a time, in all its positions so that the process is gradual and less frustrating.
