Exercise time!

No doubt everyone has experienced teething problems with their 7string technique. This week we will be focussing on your picking technique. The exercise below is designed to familiarize your picking hand with the added width created by the extra string. Start on a down stroke and work through the pattern sticking to the down-up approach (then restart with an up stroke leading), don't look at your picking hand under any circumstances and use all of your left hand fingers as required....be disciplined and your technique will develop!!
