WIN MUSIC HORROR STORIES Just about anyone who has played a show, chased a deal, joined a band, toured or auditioned has a story to tell about the music industry. Quite often it involves disaster, disappointment and embarrassment. Take the story of the girl who found Bob Dylan handing over a guitar and asking her to play a song. She couldn't play guitar. Or perhaps you might relate to the young hot player who had a chance to jam with his heroes, but imbibed too much LSD and screwed up. Janet Fisher's Music Horror Stories is packed full of stories such as these. They're sometimes funny, sometimes touching but always worth remembering. AND YOU CAN WIN A COPY OF THIS GREAT BOOK! Simply send in a story about your experiences in a band. You might have a funny tale to recount or maybe something a little darker. Send it in. The most entertaining story will win a copy of 'Music Horror Stories'. Please send your entries to Geoff Nicholson GNW-Editor@hitsquad.com. While not every entry can win, we will try to run the best stories in future editions of GNW. |
