- Kim Stephens (VP A&R, Atlantic Records),
- Eddie Kramer (Producer/Engineer, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix)
- David Bendeth (SR VP A&R, RCA Records)

Categories include: Pop, Rock, Country, Folk/Singer-Songwriter, R&B/Blues, Hip-Hop/Rap, World Music, and Lyrics Only. Entrants may submit multiple songs in as many categories as they wish.

ISC accepts online electronic submissions (MP3 files) as well as postal mail submissions.
