WHO ARE YOU? Your acts name: Art Greenhaw (2003 Grammy Award Winner) Tell us about one of your songs: "The High Road" as sung by Ann-Margret; it's about roads diverging in life and the ones taken that make the difference.
Would you ever smash your guitar onstage? Please explain why: Art's guitar playing and songwriting for Ann-Margret, The Jordanaires, Trini Lopez, Nokie Edwards of The Ventures, The Light Crust Doughboys and many others have such power that it's completely unnecessary to smash guitars onstage. You get offered the opportunity to use one of your songs in a commercial. Would you do it and why? Says Art, "If it's a product or service that takes 'the high road', and if it's OK'd by my songs' interpreters such as Ann-Margret, and if we have final approval of the spot, we'd do it. A top commercial would showcase the music, words and ideas in a big way." What's your next musical move? Says Art, "More musical moves with the fabulous singer, actress and dancer Ann-Margret are next..." |
