Unsigned Artists Compete To Win A Chance To Perform At Lollapalooza 2003

STREETFIGHT is the "Ultimate Music Competition" to discover the best new unsigned artists in America in three genres - Rock, Hip-Hop and Electronic. Artists can visit the StreetFight website to register and submit their "best" music for the competition. The top artist from each genre (Rock, Hip-Hop and Electronic) will be given the opportunity to perform live on the second stage of Lollapalooza. Artists will also receive $3,500 (per artist/band) to cover expenses. In addition, the top three winners from each genre will be placed on 40,000 promotional StreetFight CD Samplers - with the artists' permission -, which will be distributed nationally by the StreetWise/StreetFight StreetTeam. Anyone who is a music fan can register as a voter on the StreetFight website, and will be put into a pool to win free Lollapalooza tickets.

Voting will begin on July 7, 2002. Artists must register between 12:01 AM (ET) on 5/15/2003 and 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 7/4/2003. Voters can register anytime beginning 12:01 AM (ET) July 7, 2003 through 11:59 PM (ET) August 7, 2003. Winners will be announced at www.streetfight.net on August 8th, 2003.
