Sweet Relief is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to all types of career musicians who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems. They also financially assist musicians who have fallen on hard times for various other reasons.

Sweet Relief was founded in 1993 by singer/songwriter Victoria Williams and other members of the music community when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Sweet Relief helps individuals suffering from any serious illness, disability, or conditions. The organization also helps with living expenses, insurance premiums, deductibles, or alternative therapies, treatment, and prescriptions not covered by existing insurance.
