GIBSON ANNOUNCES TOM DeLONGE GUITAR
Gibson Guitar's Memphis Division has launched a new signature model dedicated to alt-punk guitarist, Tom DeLonge of blink-182. The new model is built to DeLonge's personal specifications and captures the spirit of DeLonge's sound and style. The Tom DeLonge Signature starts with Gibson's classic semi-hollowbody design and then jams it into overdrive with an over-wound 'Dirty Fingers' humbucking pickup. Its thick, distorted tone is the signature sound of So-Cal punk rock. Tom DeLonge's engaging guitar riffs have hooked millions of rock fans into the energetic, irreverent music of blink-182. Tom DeLonge's Gibson signature model serves up the sound-and the attitude-for all of his music. The Gibson Tom DeLonge Signature is available through Gibson dealers at a MSRP of $3,462 and comes in a Gibson case of black smooth exterior and a plush charcoal interior in a satin shroud. |
