WIRELESS GUITAR If you have ever been aggravated by having to drag around your amplifier and its cord so you could play your guitar somewhere - I have good news! I have a patent pending for a "wireless" guitar. It doesn't need a cord or an amplifier. Based on a new pick-up of my own design that will work with any kind of string (I have even tried rubber-ugh!), it utilizes an FM transmitter to broadcast its musical vibrations to any near-by FM radio receiver. A home stereo, a car radio, your boom-box - it doesn't matter. What results is an electric guitar that is almost as portable as an acoustic guitar. Take it anywhere there is an FM radio, turn it on, tune it in, and play. If you are too attached to your cord and amplifier to consider such a new-fangled contraption - consider this. My pick-up, properly configured, puts put a .7v audio signal that works perfectly with the traditional electric guitar set up. The difference being that even the lowest of frequencies will be picked up. I am currently looking for a guitar company(ies) to manufacture my guitars. If you " just can't wait", contact me. I may be able to help. |
