PJ HARVEY British singer/songwriter PJ Harvey first attracted attention with 'Sheela-Na-Gig' back in 1992. Rolling Stone hailed her as Best Songwriter and Best New Female Singer. Steve Albini recorded 'Rid Of Me' a year later and Harvey went on a world tour which took her out of obscurity. 'To Bring You My Love' was released in 1995 and Harvey was subsequently nominated for two Grammies and a Mercury Music Prize. 'Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea', released in 2000, scored her the Mercury Music Prize in 2001. Yet another world tour followed. Now she's back with 'Uh Huh Her'. Also: |
