Music Man proudly announces the new Benji Madden Signature Guitar, designed specifically for Madden, the lead guitarist for Good Charlotte. A variation of the Music Man Silhouette Special, this is the only Signature Guitar in the Music Man line to feature a single humbucker.

Madden, a loyal fan of Music Man guitars, has played the Silhouette Special since 2000. Over the years, the company tailored the instrument to fit his needs, and it eventually evolved into the signature model offered today.

"As the lead guitarist for Good Charlotte, Benji has shared the limelight with Music Man instruments for four years. Therefore, we are recognizing his dedication to Music Man with his own signature model," said Derek Brooks of Ernie Ball. "Like all Music Man instruments, the Benji Madden Signature Guitar is a functional, playable tool for the working musician," he explained.

Good Charlotte will make an appearance as one of the headlining bands for the Vans Warped Tour '04. The group took home The Peoples' Choice Award at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards along with the 2003 MuchMusic Video Awards for favorite international group with their video "The Anthem." Their third CD is slated for release in mid-October.
