PROTECT YOUR HEARING Maybe it's just an example of typical macho rock and roll attitude, but many people who play in bands and DJ don't bother looking after one of their most important assets: their hearing. Unlike many of the other ways you can damage yourself at gigs, in the rehearsal room or on the road, the damage you inflict upon your ears is irreversible.
