EPIPHONE'S NEW LINE Epiphone has announced a range of new models at this years NAMM. Here is a sneak-peak of what's to come.
USA Epiphone McCartney 1964 Texan - A limited run of 1,964 Texans, commemorating 1964, the year the Beatles came to America, will also be manufactured in Japan as part of Epiphone's prestigious Elitist series. They will be sequentially numbered, with custom case and Certificate of Authenticity and are faithful replicas of Sir Paul's 1964 Texan, from the matching grain filler/lacquer finish right down to the 1/8" gap between the back center strip and the head block – a detail pointed out by Sir Paul himself
"Zakk Wylde CAMO" LP Custom -
Elitist Valensi Riviera P-94 Outfit (with case) - The patented Gibson P-94 pickup is a unique combination that provides the best of both worlds - the classic Gibson P-90 sound in a traditional humbucker-size housing. The P-94 uses the same enamel coated vintage wire and Alnico-V magnets as the P-90 and comes in calibrated neck and bridge models for balanced output. The P-94 has higher output and sustaining qualities than traditional single-coil pickups giving it plenty of bite when needed, with enough responsiveness to allow subtle nuances for enhanced dynamics. Pick one up and you won't be able to put it down! More new models and pics at http://www.epiphone.com/news.asp?NewsID=216 |
