Christie's New York completed their auction with 100 of Eric Clapton's guitars, raising in excess of several million dollars. The final lot of the day was Brownie - Clapton's 1956 sunburst Fender Strat which sold for $450,000! Proceeds will benefit Clapton's non-profit Crossroads Centre facility.
