SAVE MP3s ON YOUR i-DRIVE! i-drive is an internet drive: free, secure personal storage space online. It's a place to store your stuff: resume, MP3s, photos, any file you want to access remotely. MP3.com visitors will now see a "Save to i-drive" link below every downloadable MP3 file, which allows users to collect multiple MP3s in seconds. If the visitor does not have an i-drive account, they will be able to register in minutes from MP3.com. Once the files are in the i-drive account, visitors can utilize i-drive's Sync tool to download the files at a more convenient time. Once their play list has been downloaded to the desktop, users can also arrange the files into multiple subfolders to create MP3 mixes. As a bonus, visitors creating an i-drive account from MP3.com receive 50 MB of storage, which is twice the amount of a standard i-drive account. Users with an existing i-drive will receive the bonus MP3.com-sponsored 25 MB upgrade the first time they sideload an MP3.
Though not connected with mp3.com, you can get 20Mb free online storage at My Docs Online. Useful for exchanging data, e.g. sending people large files, like mp3, without choking their email account. It uses more efficient FTP, rather than email, for the transfer - all conveniently done through your browser (no special software to instal). Set up your free account now: |
