I like the SE 28 so well that I have 3 of them. Or 4, if you count the tobacco burst one with a different number. As far as I'm concerned, it
is the finest sounding, playing guitar ever. I can afford Anything, and
this is what I chose. I hear Steven Stills was seen playing one. At the Martin booth at the NAMM show several years ago, the guy who headed up the SE 28 project was there. It was made in several runs in several Eastern countries. Ironically this guy doesn't even play guitar.
