Well, if you're using a gig bag you're lucky any of the strings are in tune, it's too easy to bump the machine heads through a soft case like that.
It's normal for a string to go out of tune eventually...especially if you do a lot of bending...does it stay in once you retune it?

: I own a Epiphone Les Paul Standard. When I put it in the bag, and take it out on the next day, my 3rd string is a little bit out of tune. Also sometimes when I play, after playing for 5-10 min, i check the tune on my Boss GT-3 and it shows that the 3rd string is a little bit off, but if I wouldn't use that tunner, I wouldn't even hear the difference, because it's very slight.
