Start by taking an allen wrench and loosing the screws that hold down the locking nut. Adjust your fine tuners (the screw posts stickin up on the bridge), to about a halfway position. Tune the guitar using the tuners on the headstock. When it's in tune firmly tighten the screws on the locking nut. Then use the fine tuners on the bridge to do the fine adjusment on your tuning.
