dude it is true that to get an exact sound to ton's will cost a lot but there are some fender amps that i have seen that have an overdrive sound EXACTLY like the one used in dammit on dude ranch. i have seen 2 people with them. i am not sure wut kind of fender amps but i can assure u they aren't the $1000 amps more like few hundred. i was amazed on how much i sounded like tom when my friend let me use his amp and said use overdrive and play dammit it's exactly the same.
