Crestline Strat

I have a Crestline Strat, Ser. No. 4093210 (label on back of neck at neck joint) with a sticker on the headstock that says New Beginnings Music, Euclid, Ohio. It does not have the MIJ logo on the headstock, just says Crestline. It is a beautiful looking natural finish strat copy with tortoise shell pickguard. Don't think its MIJ, think its MIK. Anyone seen anything similar?
