Why did Rawn suffer so much? Because he deserved it. He was a rip-off artist along with his wife. He ripped me off of my 1967 Gibson ES 12 string guitar. He and Sheryl tried to rip off my 79 year old Mom when they tried to sell Rawns Mom’s belongings to my Mom. They said that none of the boxes had been opened since I packed all her stuff for Rawn in Vegas (He was gonna pay me for the work I did out there for him, that never happened either). They were all opened and gone thru. He took $5,000 from my mom. The only way I got it back was tell him that he has no idea what pain is if he thought I would excuse him from stealing and scaming my Mom (79 year old widow, two time cancer survivor). I wish you were still alive so you could suffer some more. Rot in Hell Rawn. You and you wife suck. Liars and Thieves.

Rawn, is this really you!!! I still get people who ask me about you… how you are and where you are at. Now and then, I hear from people I haven’t heard from in years… to ask me about you!!! Last we talked, you were in Colorado I believe. I heard your health isn’t all that great. I’m so sorry to hear. Of course you were around when I had my heart attack in 1999… and I had a stroke in 2005, All in all, I am still doing good with all things considered. Please, call or email me, whichever. I realize that this site is primarily about the “guitar” world but Rawn was/is much more than an incredibly talented musician! Rawn is one of the few people that Ive known that was inspired by music in almost every aspect of his life! I seldom experienced a moment with Rawn that music wasn’t his primary focus! His intensity in everything he did was a shadow of his intense love of music! Many people loved Rawn and those that didn’t, WERE AFRAID TO TELL HIM TO HIS FACE! AND MOST PEOPLE WERE EVEN AFRAID TO SAY IT BEHIND HIS BACK! Not because Rawn was scary, but because Rawn was intense! He expected everything, from his music to his love, to be heard as he heard the notes! No matter if you liked or didnt like the sounds he made, you probably felt compelled to listen! I will always miss you Rawn but what I will miss the most is how you were able to make people feel the need to be their best, regardless of what they were doing!
