Joe Becker

Joe has dominated the world of solo guitar for more than a decade, as can be heard on releases with Eddie Van Halen, Steve Vai, Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, Richie Sambora, Michael Angelo Batio, Steve Morse, Buckethead, Alex Skolnick, Bumblefoot, Blues Saraceno, Lars Eric Mattsson, Jeff Pilson, Mark Wood, Ron Keel, Randy Coven, E’nuff Z’nuff, Trixter, Joe Kelley and others. When he was barely 8, Joe exploded onto the music scene with his jaw-dropping abilities on Chicago’s premier rock radio station, 97.9 “The Loop” on the Jonathan Brandmeier show. Years later, his 2006 album, “Short Stories,” established seemingly overnight not only his technical ability, but his musicianship and pop sensibilities – leaving the “Shred” and “Virtuoso” guitar scenes behind in favor of reaching the average radio listener. A legend in technique and composition, Joe’s career is reaching new heights with every release. A respected musician among both his peers and his fans, Joe continues to play and compose with an ear and level of mastery that many career musicians only dream of.
