I’m on a tour in Italy right now and have discovered a used Washbun VLG 15 amp which sounds great with my lap steel. Do you guys know where I could find one back in the States?
Yeah I’m looking for a cheap used tube 100w or up guitar amp head, possibly under $350. It needs 3 channels, don’t care about effects and I don’t want a high gain head. It needs to be in relatively good condition no more than 3 years old but reliable. Perferably a Laney, Peavey, or maybe a Marshall but brand don’t really matter too much.

The only Fender amps I have now used are a Pro-Reverb from the early seventies and a 1967 Super Reverb. If you have any questions on these let me know. I can get you a new Twin or ’65 Twin Reverb through a good dealer here for a very competitive price.

I did a little research on this amp and looks to me like it’s worth between $100 and $200 used. Probably closer to the $100 side. Just think you can get a new Champion 30 for about $199 so I can’t see people paying more for an older amp of the same style. As always if you have any questions just let me know.
