I owned an H-73 "Roy Smeck" in the sixties and sold it for more than I paid for it in the seventies. Great guitar with solid construction and a unique tone. The Roy Smeck "autograph" was metal not painted on. In general this was a finer made guitar than the other "Rocket" Hamonys. One in perfect condition is worth $600 to $800 now. I wish I still had mine.

Hello all,
I'm just starting on a strat and i don't have much money to spend but i am trying to find a single pedal that will give me a half way decent Punk sound like greenday or Blink 182. Are there any inexpensive (under $50) pedals that can do this?

I like the BOSS Metal Zone Pedal. But it is more expensive. It flat whails.... The Ibanez Tube Screamer is a pretty neat box too
