Seymour Duncan Pickup Config

Could anyone tell me if following SD pickup config could cause problems (both hums are high-output, and I don't know if that works with the single coil)?

Bridge: Seymour Duncan SH-6B (Duncan Distortion)
Middle: Seymour Duncan SSL-4 (Quarter Pound Flat)
Neck: Seymour Duncan SH-8N (Invader)

Yeah, I own that guitar, made in Japan by H Yairi in 1969 serial number 004.

What would happen if I put my sisters cat in my Line 6 FTII-XL and cranked it ?

I hate her cat, it peed on my amp, I figure if I put it in the amp and crank it then it will be scared of the amp and leave it alone, are cats like dogs and capable of learning from example ? also what is the best way to prevent it from clawing at the speakers just to be safe, I don't want to damage the amp, only the cat.

Placing your amp in that type of danger; too risky. Stuff the cat into a sealable Folger's coffee can. If the can doesnt fit in the amp, place the can right in front of your cabinet, that's a pretty good spot for sound. i used to throw my old room-mate's cat, when it was in heat, into my old nova and it trashed the tint something sick.

The coffee can sounds cool, he might be too big though, but I'll give it a try, at the least it'll be funny, if he dosen't fit I was now thinking of putting a stick on his collar and securing it to the handle, that way he cant run away, or get too close to it. I just wanna scare the crap outta him so I have to make sure he knows where he is, and I don't think I'll put him in the amp, you are right there is too much of a chance he might get loose and damage it. I was thinking of taking pics if he spazs out while playing, and saving the patch to post on the line 6 site.

The cat actually went nuts on a really clean setting with full reverb/flange/treble/boost, and feedback (I just left the guitar against the front of the amp) worked the best, a success, I hope he stays away now.

Death, I am afraid is the only solution. Cats can be great but you obviously have a lemon. Anyway, the amp is far more important.

Hi, I decided to buy a pedalboard, but i'm not really sure of which pedalboard i'll buy. Would you buy the Digitech RP200 or a Zoom 606? What dou you think of the RP200's expression pedal? It's too horrible? If it is I could buy a RP100 and a Wah, but it's a lot more expensive. Please, help me.

Both!! Combine a Mesa/Boogie Triple Rectifier with a Marshall 4x12 Cabinet and you get this fucking heavy ass sound! Dude, Mesa Boogies are the shit, but then again, Marshalls have been around for 40 years!!!! They are THE shit and are used by millions of bands!!Static-X, Alien Ant Farm, Slayer, Ozzy Osbourne, Motorhead, Murderdolls, Godsmack, Black Sabbath, Guns N Roses, and Deftones, just to name a few!!! USE BOTH!!

Neither, Get a Laney VH100R or GH100L and a Genz Benz cab, you'll rip on any Marshall or Mesa and save a ton of cash to boot.

Dude you should get that guitar...i mean even if it is the squire version instead of the fender its still a super cool guitar.... i played it at mars music in Charllotte NC and i fell in love...i am like one of the biggest fans of blink and boxcar racer and this guitar sounds JUST LIKE HIS!!!!its an awesome looking guitar too...i mean you touch it and freak cause you know its "THE GUITAR!!!!" i put in the seymour duncan invader pickup in my peavey...thats the pickup tom uses and it sounds nice but i can't wait till Xmas when i get the real deal!!!You should get this guitar there is no comparison...this is the best!!!!!
