I just need a junkie piece of fret wire. I have a junkie guitar that I leave at the floating home. I don't' know if I can even install the stuff. Does anyone have just a small section they could drop in the mail to me at 733 NE Prescott Portland, Oregon 97211 %Shirley

hey man the stew mac shit is huge, but i think the stuff ibanez make is the largest-thing is they wont sell it commercially; i rekon the stew mac 'largest fret wire' is the best-i just received an order of some.good shit

I'm guessing there isn't a proper one (if you're referring to April Wine's version) umm....check out Elton john tab, and you should find it...not sure how different it is, but you can always sub :) goodluck

wah pedals

I am in the market for a wah pedal and i'm looking at the dunlop crybaby models and the morley models that are around $100. Any comments on these wahs? Which one would you recommend?

Also, I play a lot of metallica, so if you know a wah that sounds like hammett's on songs like "bleeding me," "enter sandman," "wherever i may roam," etc. please let me know.
(I know his wahs are custom, but if you know one that sounds like his then let me know.)

I have a 1973(february) grade 2 Hernandis in superior condition. Spanish pine soundboard, Rosewood back & sides, Cedar neck with granadillo fingerboard, Rosette
is inlaid wood Marquetry and was assembled in Japan.
The paper of certificate of orgin is still attached to
the inside backing of guitar. Would appreciate help to
find its value for home insurance coverage purposes.

I have an elderly neighbor who has found this guitar which belonged to a grandson who passed away. The guitar has been in a storage space for a number of years in her house. She just rediscovered it while finally cleaning her grandsons things out as she prepares to move to FL. I told her I would try to help her find out the worth of the guitar so maybe she could sell it and use the money to help her move... instead of giving it to Salvation army like she was going to do.

SO I am turning to you guys for some help

It's an Aria Pro II RSB series 4 string Bass guitar with dual pick ups ...thats all I can figure out by looking at it. It haa couple of very small cosmetic scratches on the white "body plate"(don't know the real name of this peice). I don't know the year of this guitar unfortunatly. but it does have a red lined case.

It depends on the condition of the guitar, if it works and is in mint condition it could be worth upt to $250, but i own the same bass and i bought it in prety bad condition for $75. Well if you have any pic's i could probably tell you everything about the guitar. Hope I've helped

Hi I just bought a Del Rey at a flea market in Hartville Oh. It was missing a pick guard, I found one in a flea market in Prestonsburg Ky.

Hi! I am interested in purchasing a Jerry G. copy. I have always loved his Tiger Guitar. I know a couple of companies that make them, Resurrection Guitars and Alembic which seem like they do a great job. Unfortunately they are not located in the NY area and I can not demo them. They are also not cheap and have considered selling 2 Gibson Les Paul's to raise money towards this instrument. I have a 68 and I an 80 Custom Les Paul. I do not play them much these days and I am trying to get an idea what they might go for and if it is worth selling them as I am not a collector but have owned them for over 20 yrs and have sentimental attachment to them. The 68 Les Paul had a cracked neck but has been repaired. The 80 is all original and in very good condition. Any input on the Jerry Guitars and selling of my Gibsons is appreciated.

But fender made katana in 1985 and 1986 in same yeurs squier also produced theze guitars. They were buit in guitar as well as a bassguitar version of it. And they have both glued in necks and bolt on neck. It was a indeed non fenderisch guitar it had humbuckers, tremelosystem with fine tuners locking nut and so on.

Fender Guitar

I have a mexi-strat with the serial number mn4XXXX the funny thing is , the headstock, pickup covers, and the control knobs are all the color of the body(Crimson metallic). Its factory because neither the logo, nor the serial number is changed due to the paint(It was painted before having the logo put on) does anyone have any info... by the way the pickguard is tortoise... AWSOME guitar!!!

It is the best amp I have ever played IMHO.
The BC 50 is phenomenal. Get one if you can find it.

Josh hommes guitar effect is the flanger probably morley. One of Joshs many cabinets(Big ass amps)are from Vox. the head types I don't know, but they sound like peavey or Marshall. Just type in Josh Hommes guitar amps and effects on a search engine and you'll probably find a crap load of information.
