Lyle 12 string acoustic

I would like to get some info on the value of a Lyle 12 string acoustic. A coworker of mine has one for sale, and I'd like to get an idea of it's value. It is in pristeen condition.

Lyle guitars were entry level to intermediate guitars when they were manufactured (1969-1980). As to value, good question with no good answers available. I have a 1970 Lyle 6 string that was given to me by a friend in 1971 and I believe he paid about $150 for it then. Recently had some of my guitars appraised and the Lyle appraised at just that price. A guess?, maybe a couple hundred bucks in great condition and playability for the twelve string. And yes, I do use the Lyle fairly often along with my Taylors. Good luck, whimsmith
