I have an old Framus acoustic that I bought a few years ago. It’s a 6 string, dreadnaught size guitar, brown burst. The label inside says Model 5/96, with 5/96 hand written in ink. The SN is 4762. To the right, and below, it has 65B, about on the line where "Tested by" is, but there is no other notations on that line. 65B is stamped on, looks like a rubber stamp, but the "6" is larger than the 5 or B! I don’t know if this is a 1965. This guitar does not have a laminted neck. Does ANYONE know where I can verify the date of manufacture, based on the serial numbers?
