EKO Guitar Baracuda with bixby tail piece

Four of these guitars were made and given as a promo in New York to four jaz artis by the Milwake import co Deluca Brothers Music, any info about these instruments. These guitars are 1957 and eko sales started in 63. They made guitars for other brand names aswell.

I have an Eko 12 String Guitar. I do not know much about it other than I got from a dude who owed me some cash. Is this an Italian Guitar? I cannot find anyone who has heard of Eko or can tell me anything about it. Any help would be great.
