I'm seeing them from around 800 to 1200 bucks.
I have a walnut 72 standard in exc condition which is worth well over a grand now that the early/mid 60s SGs are breaking the 4k barrier.

Saw 72 SG Standard in London last week (with Maestro Vibrola) for $1,750 - I'm not saying a private buyer would pay that much, but most late 60s/early 70s SGs with the large scratchplate seem to be over £1,000, with later 70s onwards (back to the small scratchplate, square fretboarc markers) a little less depending on age and condition. Has it got the original case?
