Trying to find out who made this guitar Name on head is Epi. Tag inside reads Model D-14. Can anyone tell me more about it..

Guitar was made by Norlin ? in Taiwan. I too believe it was made in the 70’s possibly early 80’s. I do not believe it was made by Gibson/Epiphone, but would like to find out. It is a great sounding guitar for the price. My Epi’s seril number is 10902111 T(with a circle around it. I’m assuming this means Taiwan) Anybody got any other info ? Please email thanks, Tom

Gibson customer service responded to query saying they are not familiar with any such model of epiphone. So how do you confirm it is from the same company?
