your guitar was built in 1988 in the USA plant
I have one too, from 1987

i am in the market to sell the same guitar too. i am intrested in finding out the specs age etc. i dont believe that this guitar is made anymore

I have a Custom Balladeer 1862-447600 made in 1993 if that helps at all!
