Whenever I read up on a Bio of my favourite guitarist, they always mention how they started playing guitar when they were still in nappies, or something to that effect.
Out of extreme curiosity, are there ANY famous guitarists or musicians who started playing the guitar late in life? I’m talking late teens to late twenties…
I’d really appreciate your input.

Steve Vai started when he was in grade 9, and now he’s famous and making good music, I’m not sure when Joe Satriani started, but he taught Steve guitar XD I’d say most famous guitarist do start real early, but it doesn’t mean you can’t get famous if you got a late start =P rock on \m/
