Your favourite 'Spinal Tap' moments.

i love the song they did where there were 3 people playing bass, all plodding along except the bass player, who had a double neck bass, but both necks were exactly the same.

I thought it was a 4+8 doubleneck.

If I remember rightly it was one of these BC Rich lads, whereby the necks LOOK the same at first sight, but one is carrying 8 strings, the octave strings having machine heads at the body end.

I'm sure I can still hear the sustain on that guitar

didnt Noel Redding used to play an 8 string? oh and have i mentioned i met him? shook his hand and got an autograph?? oh well.

Just wish BCR wouldn't use split pups in pairs. Anyhoo, my fave moment? The bass player trapped in the larval pod, just his arm sticking out.

who can forget the stone henge monument 8x10?? inches?

Ooooooon a slightly different note... Aussie readers should be aware that the This is Spinal Tap (Special Edition) 2-Disc DVD will be (re)released on the 9th of November at just a pissy 14$AU. Time to add it to your collection.

Crikey, that's about a fiver! I hate to sound like a whinging Pom, but that's not fair
