Odd guitars that pop up again, i seem to remember this one, i would have posted it in the 'Bass Forum' but i feel a bit of a traitor goosestepping over there.
im sure this has already surfaced once.
Yes, we certainly have! I can't remember which thread it was on though. Possibly that one about people asking big bucks for dodgy-looking gear on eBay.
Guitarists are allowed in the bass section, you know. I've been hanging around the guitar side for over a year :D
Yep, I posted up the previous auction as a possible scam because I'd never seen one. glw managed to hunt down its true Gibson existence. I think this is a genuine resale (as this seller seems to have more knowledge of it) but including some of the previous seller's text.
Pity it's not a lefty; a long-scale Gibson bass could be of interest to someone I know.
