nope not somebody to love.
I need some tech help on repairing one of my electrics–it’s a tanara, i have already researched but can’t locate a tech description or a model number. The guita is all black, strat knock off in shape, possibly a bit smaller bodied, it has a solid ash neck which is the main reason i even am bothering to try to fix this thing–it has a strange pup arraingement-two doubles-possibly humbuckers?-a single tone and single volume knob and two different switches -the larger one pretty obliously pup selector-has forward, middle and back positions, the other smaller switch is a single throw-front back switch and i am not sure just what it does–a coil splitter?–my problem is the electronics are flaky-switches finicky and i want to make it reliable–any advise , especially low cost solutions would be appreciated–i bought this guitar from an acquantance with a hard case for 0. US and don’t want to put a lot of cash into fixing it, but i would like to be able to play it in reliable condition-it plays pretty well and actually has some nice features, bridge tuners ect.
