I don’t want to go into too much detail about the spam stoppers in the public forum… but we stop around 99% now here. Some gets through yes, but you should see the list of the stuff we are stopping dead in its tracks. Some of it pretty nasty stuff.

We could stop 100%, but new users will also have some of their posts held for approval. Which is an annoying delay for them.

Still, I do understand how annoying the spam is for everyone else. trust me I get annoyed too. Stace and i are usually screaming our heads off at them. I think of all sorts of acts of violence I’d commit upon the spammers if I come face to face with one.
