5way pick up switch wiring help required

I have just joined GuitarSite in the hope someone on here will offer me the guidance i require in wiring a five way pick up selector on a project i'm working on, as I'm really having trouble getting my head around it..

i have taken the pickups (2 single coil, 1 humbucker {unsplit}) out of 2 of my old guitars and am hoping to wire them into a circuit with a 5way switch and put them back into 1 of the bodies..

the attached image shows what i have to work with.. also i have labeled everything in the hope someone will be able to tell me what should be connected where..

if anyone is interested i also plan to fit a new neck & tuneomatic bridge, I will post photos of the complete project if all goes to plan.

also i will add that intend to keep designated volume & tone controlls for each pick up, but have been unable to find a diagram on the web displaying the circuit i require.[/img]

thanks tim... i've just realised that i missed off the diagram the line going to the output jack. keeping my fingers crossed someone might be able to give me the info i require to get this hooked up am hoping to get things moving forward on this.

No worries, I was looking for something similar a while back but what's stumping me on your project is the separate volume and tone for each pup...wiring nightmare, I can see why you're stuck!

it must be possible though right? i've left the pickups wired to the volume & tone knobs the way they were when i took them out of the old guitars, and the 2 coil pickups were wired this way only with a 3 way selector, so i'm guessing it must be possible to create a similar circuit with a 5 way selector right?
