Hi all,

I purchased this epi online from a reputable vendor.
when i opened the box i was horrified to find the headstock had snapped and was now only clinging to the neck by the ‘les paul standard’ clip.

I should make some sarcastic remark about irony here but im bereft of wit in my current, deflated state.

Anyway… the serial code (10091510817) is unrecognised.

and i am now beginning to question whether i should not accept a replacement from said vendor.

any help would be greatly appreciated
