Alliance vp acoustic guitar

Hi guys
I need some help here !
I have a collection of guitars.
Ibanez
freshman
gretsch
yamaha
vintage
epiphone
And a few others
Its the alliace vp i need help with, i just cannot find who makes them !
I have spent many days trawling the internet but just draw a blank.
Somebody must know something about this guitar, its a very nice looking/sounding acoustic, but i am lost as to who makes it i do know like many guitars its made in korea, serial number 60711981
any help would be most welcome
