Is that an acoustic guitar? I know nothing about Fender acoustics.
I checked in the Blue Book of Acoustic guitars, but couldn't find anything. Can you give some more info on the instrument? What year was it made. What it sold for new. Anything you know.
Nothing listed on Harmony Central either, are you sure about the model number?
The F45 was a spruce top, mahogany back and sides acoustic. Made in "Asia" (that narrows it down to a fifth of the land mass :) ) and imported between 1972 and 1974, with a (then) suggested retail price of $150.
Given the time-period, I'd guess it was made in Japan, but can't bet my shirt on it. The little info you do get will be found here:
http://www.fender.com/support/dating/acoustic_dating.php and a bit of scrolling down is required.
Best I could manage, sorry. Probably a decent, intermediate standard, acoustic.
Price
RRP in 1974 was $150
Cumulative rate of inflation in 2019 since 1974 is 415.6%
If this item was sold today at that rate it would be $773.43
