The new batch of guitars and basses include the Bob Balch Signature, Meshell Ndegeocello Signature Fellowship Bass, Reeves Gabrels Signature Spacehawk, Pete Anderson PA-1 HB Custom, Warhawk RT and the 4-string Mercalli Bass.

The new Reverend Bob Balch Signature is based on the Sensei model, it has a familiar double cutaway shape with modifications that make it look distinctly Reverend. Bob and Reverend decided to make some external and internal adjustments, including body bevels to emphasize shape and improve playing comfort, and a routed tone chamber under the pickguard. The guitar features the new Bob Balch Signature Railhammer pickup on the bridge position, described as having a brass cover and ceramic magnet. A Railhammer Chisel pickup on the neck rounds up the features. It is currently available in Satin Transparent Brown finish and features a rosewood neck.

The reverse headstock Reverend Meshell Ndegeocello Fellowship Bass is based on the popular Reverend Thundergun. It has the same set-neck and raised center ridge which is said to improve sustain. Meshell decided on a straightforward design with just one pickup – the new P-Blade, which is designed for improved clarity and more low-end. Another cool feature of this bass is its stacked knob that controls both the tone and the volume. This new Fellowship signature bass is available in Satin black with a rosewood fretboard.

Long time artist collaborator Reeves Gabrels gets another signature model under his name, the Reverend Reeves Gabrels Signature Spacehawk. This one features an all-new semi-hollow body equipped with Railhammer Chisel pickups that cover “pristine to nasty” tones. Features of this guitar include a sealed body for reduced feedback, a soft-touch tremolo spring, an on-off toggle switch and a push-pull phase switch.

The new Reverend Pete Anderson PA-1 HB Custom rounds off the four new artist signature guitars. It carries over the features found on other PA-1 guitars including the classic hollow-body look and feedback-controlling uni-brace system. What sets it apart however are two of Reverend’s newest pickups, the Special HAL Humbuckers, designed for clean and smooth vintage tone. An art-deco style trapeze tailpice rounds up the vintage appeal of this new guitar. The PA-1 HB Custom is available in Satin Tobacco Burst or Satin Violin Brown.

If you are looking for a guitar that gets you “from clean to mean”, then check out the Reverend Warhawk RT. It features two Revtron pickups that are designed to give the guitar a warm and aggressive tone. The body has a raised center ridge that is suppored by thinner wings, this combination is said to improve resonance for more sustain and harmonics. This new model comes in three finishes: Metallic Copper Fire, Metallic Alpine Green, and Reverend’s 3-Tone Burst. Each one comes equipped with a Rosewood neck and a Bigsby tailpiece.

Completing their new models is the 4-string version of the Reverend Mercalli Bass. It is designed to complement the original Mercalli-5, with pickups that provide the same vintage warm tones and modern punch. This new bass provides an alternative that four-string bass players will appreciate.
