Suhr Classic T Antique
Suhr unveils the Classic T Antique, a Tele-style guitar that combines vintage looks and tones, with modern playability.

Like their other models, Suhr ensures that "every neck pocket is tight, every fret is perfectly dressed, and each instrument plays its best" before leaving their facility.
The Classic T Antique is a tribute to the popular Telecaster, bringing its distinct tone, body shape and pickup configuration, while adding improvements and elements to give the guitar a distinct look. The guitar comes with an artificially aged look and feel, featuring "relic'ed" finish and body parts.
The guitar's core is its swamp ash body, carved into a single-cutaway shape that is familiar to all experienced players. The body is then wrapped in thin nitro-cellulose finish, and is available in black, trans butterscotch, trans white and two tone tobacco burst. The finish gives the guitar a broken-in feel, and feature details make it appear old and used.
Check out how the guitar sounds in this cool demo:
To ensure playability and stability, this guitar comes with a one piece roasted maple neck. It has an "Even C medium neck profile", having a 9-12" compounded fretboard radius that gives the guitar neck and fretboard a convenient and modern feel. The headstock follows their trademark shape and come equipped with their brand of locking tuners.
Two Classic T puckups are assigned to produce the guitar's tone. They are designed to be versatile, covering both vintage twang and modern growl. The designers also paid special attention to the 3-saddle vintage style bridge, featuring compensated brass sadles that provide improved intonation. All the other hardware follow the look of a traditional Tele, with each part having extra details to make the guitar look "well-loved".
The MSRP for the Suhr Classic T Antique is $3,500. Visit Suhr for the complete spec sheet.
