Going beyond the standard straight or angled cable, this new plug from Godlyke can rotate over a 180 degree arc for improved flexibility, and do so without any interruption to the signal.

This audio connector is designed as a go-to solution for common problems that guitarists and other musicians deal with on a day to day basis, including crowded pedalboards, complex rock systems and awkwardly positioned amplifier and instrument jacks.

Because of Pivot-All’s patented swivel head design, you can now connect your instrument and other gear in even the tightest and most limited spaces without much hassle. This reduces the stress on the cables that cause faster wear, and at the same time removes the need for switching cables and heads depending on the situation.

To achieve this flexibility, Godlyke attached the 1/4″ head on to a ball joint that allows for swivel action without affecting signal transmission. And since the cable’s stress-point is moved to the ball joint, short circuits are better avoided when compared to regular solder connection jacks. This means that you can use this cable longer without worrying about the usual loose connection issues, and that it will require less maintenance when used properly.

To ensure transparent transmission and high quality audio signal transfer, each Pivot-All plug comes with gold-plated connections. You can purchase this plug individually for use with your preferred cable or you can have them pre-wired with Mogami cabling and silver solder for quick out-of-the-box use.

You can use this swivel plug on the back of amp stacks for convenient connection even when space is limited. It can also serve as a versatile plug for your pedalboard allowing you to setup your pedals quickly, and re-arrange the pedals without having to swap out the cables. Players who like to quickly switch guitars while performing will also find this plug very convenient.

I for one am impressed with the simple yet effective design of this plug, although I’m still doubtful about its reliability because of the added moving parts. But if used properly, I can see how convenient and practical this design can be.

The new Godlyke Pivot-All plug is currently retailing individually for $19.95. Visit Godlyke for further details.
