Trem King introduces the TKS Vibrato, featuring re-designed interior for smoother operation and improved stabiltiy.

Talking about their new vibrato, Trem King says: “The Most Stable Vibrato for Electric Guitar Just Got Smoother”.
The new TKS models look virtually the same and follow the previous generation’s basic design plan.
However these new whammy-friendly bridges feature several design and mechanical improvements to make it more reliable and flexible.
Most notable of the changes is the newly designed tone block spring and tension bar that provide smoother vibrato action. This is said to let you bend up further and prevent spring breakage. It also improves tuning stability during and after use.
The whammy bar length was increased for more leverage and easier access. This will allow for easy flutters and dive bombs, while still bringing back the string in tune when the bridge goes back to it’s default position.
Trem King now utilizes high-grade suede leather that won’t easily break down over time. This allows for quieter and smoother operation as you bend the vibrato up and down.
For even more stability, the bridge comes with round tension bar, and feature rugged GraphTech Fossillite Saddle pins. Trem King describes the new TKS vibrato: “Guitar stays in tune during use even if a string breaks. Drop tune without re-tuning and use alternate tunings easily. When you bend a string, the others stay on pitch. No locking nut, no cutting strings, no hassle – what’s not to love.”
Trem King also announces their newest artist endorser – Hershel Yatovitz with the Chris Isaak band and the Silvertones. Hershel said “When I got the guitar with the {TKS}, I used it for the first 8 songs of the set, and MISSED it for the rest of the show.”
