Ben Sherman’s V.I.P (Very Important Plectrum) charity program is auctioning off some special Guitar Picks.
The plectrums are special because they come from artists such as Paul Weller, Ronnie Wood, Hanson, Coldplay, Emmylou Harris, Depeche Mode, Weezer, Dave Stewart, and more.
They are also running a series of live shows starting with London, Berlin and New York, with 100% of the proceeds going to charity.
Each artist taking part in the guitar pick auction has signed a card to verify their plectrum’s authenticity, and each one is mounted in a special frame as in this picture.
The charities are also special with proceeds going to Trekstock which support young people dealing with cancer, and also to Life Beat which was created to provide the music industry with a unified voice of education and advocacy in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
