Sonic Edge celebrates their new website and blog with a video contest – Meet Me on YouTube – where players can submit their videos.
This site will feature four models – the Fluffer signal buffer, Tumbleweed Compressor, J&J Overdrive, and FXUL8TR external effects loop.
To jump start the website, Ben Fargen announced the “Meet Me in YouTube” contest. Since players have been demanding for high quality and tone from Fargen amplifiers, Ben is turning the table around and is asking musicians to show them what they’ve got.
The contest is open to players and bands, and all you need to do is submit your video. Sonic Edge’s Twitter and Facebook fan base will be the judge and the top pick will receive a complete collection of Sonic Edge pedals; second and third place winners will receive their choice of a pedal. No purchase is required for this contest which will run through May 1, 2012. The winners will be announced via the Sonic Edge blog.
Ben Fargen, founder and president is quoted saying: “We’ve been having many conversations with our great customers who’ve incorporated Sonic Edge pedals into their practicing, recording and performing rigs. We decided to start our blog to bring this conversation online, to include everyone in the exciting ideas that have been generated.”
